Flickseeker only discloses these IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that IP addresses may also be used to offer location-specific information such as movies available to watch from the iTunes or Amazon stores.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Flickseeker's websites choose to interact with Flickseeker in ways that require Flickseeker to gather personally-identifying information.
