Charles Evans

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Charles Evans (1896-1996), born in Nuremberg, Germany of a German father and Welsh mother, was a character actor and bit player, active in Hollywood from 1944 through 1968, most often seen as doctors, policemen, judges and generals.
