Oriol Estrada is a Spanish film director, producer, and screenwriter from Catalonia, who has produced most of his work in the Dominican Republic alongside his partner Natalia Cabral. Their work moves between fiction and non-fiction. Graduates of the International Film School of San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba, Cabral and Estrada's films have been screened and awarded at some of the most prestigious festivals on the international circuit, such as Locarno, Karlovy Vary, Visions du Réel, IDFA, Gijón, Hamburg, Rome, Malaga, Havana, Cairo, Sydney, Cartagena, Huelva, and Lincoln Center NY. Their films include titles such as "Tú y yo" (2014), "El sitio de los sitios" (2016), "Miriam miente" (2018), and "Una película sobre parejas" (2021).
