Atsushi Ootsuki
Atsushi Ootsuki (大槻敦史, Ōtsuki Atsushi) is a Japanese anime director and storyboard artist. He worked for XEBEC until it closed. In 2000, he debuted as a director in episode 35 of the TV anime Zoids.
