Tina Gordon Chism is an American screenwriter, producer, and director. She studied drama at Duke Ellington School for Performing Arts. Chism began her career as an intern in the writing department of The Cosby Show before going on to write the films ATL and Drumline. Her directorial debut was the 2013 film Peeples, which she also co-wrote. In 2013, a new series she created, Crushed, was greenlit by HBO. Its pilot was picked up in 2016 by Hulu. In 2019, Chism co-wrote the scripts to the comedies What Men Want and Little, also directing the latter.
