Yamada Miho, born November 11, 1973 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, is a voice actress and narrator who was formerly part of Arts Vision and is now affiliated with Crazy Box. Her blood type is AB. Her real and former stage name was 山田美穂 (same reading).
